Mike and Jordan have four beautiful children. They are a very active family and enjoy activities ranging from camping, hiking, fishing, and just about any sport that you can think of. Mike is a seventeen year veteran of the Army National Guard. Jordan is a Certified Military Relocation specialist as well, so helping military families comes very naturally to them.

Jamie Parker, from Atlanta, GA brings 17 years of experience in helping his clients sell, buy, or invest in real estate. Jamie has been a member of the Agent Leadership Council while at Keller Williams and is now a 5x ICON agent, trainer, and mentor agent with eXp Realty. He has averaged 50 transactions a year as a solo agent for the last 8 years and sold 75 million dollars in real estate in 2019-23. He was recently featured on the cover of Top Agent magazine as well as being spotlighted in Shout Out Atlanta, Atlanta Real Producers, and Atlanta Voyager. He was also featured on an episode of The Negotiator's reality TV show and filmed two episodes of HGTV House Hunters that aired in 2023. Jamie also recently wrote and released his first book, "21 Days to Surrender." Before real estate, he was an orchestra teacher. Jamie taught music in the Metro Atlanta area schools for more than 17 years and holds three degrees in education from Georgia State and the University of Georgia. He currently volunteers in the music ministry at his church and is on the board of directors for Camp Swamp and Hope Dealers.

Scott Lissa: How to Create The Perfect “Marketing Mix”

On this week's episode, Glenn sits down with Scott Lissa, an ICON agent out of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Tune in as they discuss Scott’s secrets to success.
Scott was born in Kootenays, a stunning area in southeast British Columbia. In his 20s, Scott started a marketing and promotional company in Calgary, Alberta. Here he created marketing materials from bars, bands, and beer companies. In 2009, Scott sold this business and Moved to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island to start a new life away from big cities. Scott enrolled in university again and obtained an Arts Degree. Once he graduated in 2013, Scott worked in the technology sector for five years before applying his marketing and design skills to real estate. Coaching and advising brokerages in strategies to grow and expand market share, Scott worked with some of the top real estate teams across Canada and the USA. Scott learned as much as he was teaching these teams and found a great interest in selling real estate. Scott attended the University of British Columbia to obtain his Real Estate License in 2018. In his first year, he joined 460 Realty Inc., a boutique real estate brokerage, and was recognized as one of the top five realtors.
In 2021, Scott joined EXP Realty and became one of their top Realtors on Vancouver Island. His business focuses on helping people from all over the world relocate to Vancouver Island. He takes pride in having the trust of his clients to guide them to the perfect home to start living the island life in the warmest place in Canada.
