I’ve listened to every episode since June of 2017 and bought my first STR in August of 2017. By far the most informative and useful podcast about the STR market. Two thumbs way up.

Heather is so wonderful in her interactions with guests. I’ve never met her but feel we are already friends. I’ve listened to so many of her episodes and continue to be challenged and learn. As a guest on the podcast, I found Heather’s professionalism exceptional but more than that she is the real deal, warm, kind and encouraging. She is a pioneer in this industry and has offered endless content and advice we can all learn from. I love that she is a continual learner and is so committed to this industry even after selling her management company.

Heather has such an amazing way of simplifying the complex issues, raising the bar with internal and external operations, and driving you forward in the most supportive way. I have learned more from this podcast than any other. She’s your personal cheerleader, and life guru. She’ll give you one of the best reading lists, introduce you to some amazing people and products but most importantly a sense of being in the trenches with you figuring it all out. As someone who accidentally fell into the world of short-term rentals, and has some slight OCD tendencies, Heather’s podcast has made this new adventure exciting and taken away some of the anxiety created by the unknown. The content is informative, thought-provoking while also being entertaining. I am steadily working my way backwards through the episodes and have taken something valuable from each one. Heather’s podcasts are so great, I’m working my way back through all of them! That’ll be over 400 by the tike I’m done. She shares great wisdom, anecdotes from her plethora of experience, and has a good voice for listening. I recommend her on all my STR forums.

I found Heather and this podcast when I was very new to owning my vacation condo 3 years ago. I cannot express how much Heather and her guests have helped me implement new ideas and figure out where to even start! I had ZerO background in hospitality and vacation rental management.
