She is courageous enough to share some of her personal experiences with us while we share with you how we navigate our friendship and the ways we've grown as friends by addressing fatphobia head on. Please know that we do discuss body image, BMI, fat-shaming, etc. and understand that these topics may be triggering for some of our listeners. Our hope is that listeners will open their minds and hearts as we discuss these difficult topics and ways to create a safer and happier space for people of size.
