Content great but ads are random and distracting

First, I love Toms content.
And second, I totally understand the need for ads.
But the structure/ editing of when the ads play and how frequently they play almost makes this amazing content unlistenable. They will often interrupt a key point in the content mid sentence and then go on for 5 minutes before returning to finish the point. Please fix. Otherwise? great stuff Tom.

Sick of the Add placement in this show

The amount and placement of adds in this show is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t take it anymore. If the show needs add revenue that badly then they are not focused on providing value to consumers, just themselves.
