I love this podcast. All the topics and concepts they explore have been hella relevant. Solasta and Vanessa are such treasure boxes of knowledge. The production quality is pretty solid too. The intersections at which both these humans work at: trauma, somatics, gender, spirituality, recovery, culture, and relationships magnetizes my attention and I feel very seen and held by listening to them speak. 5/5 all day
