Fun, deep and to the point!
In the first three episodes, Siobhan sets the basics of understanding the nature of thoughts, and where all kinds of feelings come from.
From that stage, with her assistant “anxious Alice,” Siobhan keeps pointing us towards the path to mental health, and more peaceful confidence.
