How do you start the Intermittent Fasting to lose weight? People who do intermittent fasting typically do so because it helps them become more mindful of their eating habits.

This type of eating pattern also helps people become more aware of how their body responds to food and can help them control their cravings.

Learning to skip breakfast was a great way for me to get started.

Getting family members and friends to understand why was helpful as well. Intermittent fasting has been shown to have a variety of health benefits. It has been linked to weight loss, improved insulin sensitivity, and a lower risk of certain diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. It can also improve mental clarity, focus, and energy levels.
