    It’s never to late to change! WE CAN CHANGE, NO MATTER HOW OLD WE ARE!! I have 2 charts I created to help "gamify" the process of getting in shape. If I reach 80% of the way in the 5 months, I will be happy...and then I can work on the last 20%.

    I didn't think I would/could ever change. Well, learning NEW information, small daily steps and habit changes over the past 2+ years has been the key to curbing my sugar substance addiction.

    Don't be sucked in by the QUICK-FIX mentality when it comes to PERMANENT weight loss.

    How do you start the Intermittent Fasting to lose weight? People who do intermittent fasting typically do so because it helps them become more mindful of their eating habits.

    This type of eating pattern also helps people become more aware of how their body responds to food and can help them control their cravings.

    Learning to skip breakfast was a great way for me to get started.

    Getting family members and friends to understand why was helpful as well. Intermittent fasting has been shown to have a variety of health benefits.
