Here's a tip for you as you are loosing the weight: keep your old clothes as a reminder of your success! It's worked wonders for me and I'm still motivated every time I see how my body has changed and how much I've achieved.

It's amazing and I'm super proud of myself! I can see how much my body has changed and see the clothes I used to fit into.
