It’s like being part of the podcast

As a washed up meathead, I’ve read Joe’s info online for years and even chatted him up in early message board days (the opposite of cancel culture). I was thrilled years ago when he launched his podcast and I’ve listened to every single episode. Joe has freely given priceless knowledge to the fitness industry and enthusiasts while sharing personal & real world anecdotes. Joe is a constant source of inspiration in & out of the gym. Not only do I enjoy the podcast, but I have been using many of Joe’s nutrition products for years (shoutout to Clean Greens). I previously enlisted the help of THE GURU, Dr. Tom (RIP). Joe is a master of his craft and has an uncanny ability of distilling complex items down to understandable terms. Joe shows his humility by reaching out to other industry experts to enhance his knowledge and then share with the Industrial Strength Nation. Thank you for all that you do and I look forward to more. And thank you eternally for the love and support that you’ve given my daughter and I. Keep being a great father…the way you do anything is the way you do everything! 🤜🏼

Get Lean and Mean For Summer Joe D Style

I’m 36 and am just now starting to get lean enough to see my abs for the first time. Still got a little way to go but I’m down to 205 all while preserving muscle thanks to this podcast and Team Forever Strong. I’ve been listening to the Industrial Strength Show since about 2017 and haven’t looked back since. Joe Defranco gives you real world practical tips and tricks that you can actually use to improve your health and fitness. I always say don’t just talk about it, be about it, and Joe D definitely practices what he preaches. Being a dad and someone who uses their fitness for their job as a member of the law enforcement community I take my fitness seriously and can’t afford not too. With that being said Joe D has earned my trust and respect and he is my go-to resource fir health and fitness. Give him and this podcast a chance, they will have you looking as good as you feel! -Hunter

A show that changed the way I train

I’ve been listening to the podcast since 2020. Since then my training habits have gone up and down and in between, but when I hit my highest points it’s been taking Joe’s advice. His advice on bench press growth helped me set the state record bench press for my division in my first powerlifting meet.

If you like training, this show is a must. You will get more than you could ever expect from something that you don’t spend a dime on.
