The Science of Healing: Inside the World of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition with Falyn Morningstar S01 EPS574

The Science of Healing: Inside the World of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition with Falyn Morningstar S01 EPS574

In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Falyn Morningstar. Through personal strife and no healing support from my western-thinking practitioners to resolve digestive discomfort, insomnia, fatigue, hair loss, an irregular cycle and emotional eating, the Universe guided me to integrative and eastern modalities. The information from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition was so transformative that I became a certified Practitioner myself. Through diving even deeper into missing pieces in my health such as sexual trauma, emotional dysregulation, iron dysregulation and thyroid issues, I know how frustrating and lonely it can be to constantly feel like there is something missing. I now guide curious and driven health-minded women from feeling fatigued, distasteful about themselves and disconnected from their power to feeling vital, pleasure and emotional reconnection within themselves. This guidance is done in a holistic way with functional lab testing and powerful resources so they can find the missing pieces in their story. My curiosity to optimize life continues to expand and I live by the moto “Heal Together, Rise Together. In this episode we discuss functional diagnostic nutrition, health and wellness, transformation and the mind body connection.

Where Have I Been All My Life? with Lisa Benson S01 EPS572

In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Lisa Benson. Lisa Benson is a self-diagnosed recovering perfectionist who spent five years writing her multi-award winning memoir, Where Have I Been All My Life? During this time, she lived part time on a boat on Sydney Harbour which she found to be a peaceful and inspirational space for her writing. Lisa and her husband continue to lead a ‘double life’ travelling between Newcastle and Sydney each week. Lisa has a Bachelor of Business Degree with a major in tourism and marketing. She previously held various sales and marketing positions in hotels and resorts, and also worked in a real estate office. It wasn’t until Lisa was in her forties that she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an author, and she now writes full-time. Lisa’s motto is Stop Trying – Start Being although she spent most of her life doing the exact opposite. Her writing is honest and relatable, and she hopes her vulnerability helps others feel less alone. Lisa would love to inspire women to stop wasting time living up to other people’s expectations, to discover the magic of living an authentic life and to be free of self-imposed limitations. In this episode we discuss writing, conditioning, the power of storytelling, Where Have I Been All My Life? and vulnerability
