Informative and Joyful Listen💜

I SO enjoy listening to Emily’s podcast on my runs. She is a wealth of knowledge and interviews so many amazing athletes. Her honesty in what she has previously experienced and love for what she does translates in this podcast. Mental Resilience !

I just listened to the Mental Resilience -How to Stay Tough episode, so good! I don’t even run, but I do work out in other ways and found many helpful mental skills that I can use!
