A Must for Every Woman !

I am so glad I found this podcast. Andrea’s realistic and laid-back approach to health and fitness has made such an impact for me. One of my biggest hurdles was clinging to perfection (i.e. if I couldn’t do it perfectly I wouldn’t do it at all). Her podcast has helped me set realistic and achievable health and fitness goals and my results have never been better! I’m so thankful for Andrea and all she does to keep her content relatable and authentic!

Although there are a ton of fitness podcasts out there, there is no other like Andrea’s. She is the Goldilocks of fitness podcasts—she gets it just right!! She’s funny without trying, relatable, detailed but not confusing or overbearing, educated, curious, humble and unique.
