Hi Andrea,
As a teen trying to get fit and healthy with a good mindset, I love your podcast. You give great advice that I love. However, like many teens, I have a short attention span due to social media 😅. I would love your podcast more than I already do and listen to it more if you made a few 5-10 minute videos once in a while with some quick tips or whatever other fun stuff you have to share. This Podcast Makes Me Feel Empowered

Andrea is a life saver for me! For years and I mean YEARS I have struggled with food guilt. I would eat too little and try to workout. I was weak, tired and sick. The crazy part was I thought I was doing what I was meant to do, and I couldn’t figure out why I kept gaining weight instead of loosing it. I found Andrea’s Podcast at the end of December (2022) I started tracking my Macros (no calorie deficit) and lifting weights, and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I don’t feel guilt if I eat a cookie. I’m not trying to eat 1200 calories a day anymore, and I feel so strong.

Thank you girl. You saved me. I love your Podcast, I listen to it everyday!
