I heard Dr. Shannon on another podcast being interviewed & I loved everything about what she stands for. I started using her fitness app Evlo & there is no going back once you’ve tried her way of working out. I’m 100% committed to her & her information! I absolutely love the Evlo method and this Podcast. Dr. Shannon is doing incredible work by bringing science backed information to often misunderstood fitness concepts. I am a fitness and Pilates instructor, and LOVE listening to the ways in which the fitness industry has totally misguided our training. Dr. Shannon is spot on. Her method has done wonders for my exercise routine and I have never felt stronger!
