Real talk for people who want to make real changes

I love that Ted doesn’t pull punches, but they are the wounds of a friend. He cares and he understands because he’s been there. But he wants you to enjoy good health, quality relationships, and financial success. So he won’t let you play the victim. If you’re ready to let go of your excuses, listen to this podcast. After completing his challenge, I’ve lost weight and gotten back into top shape. My teen daughter has, too. Thanks for this podcast, Ted. ❤️

Informative and fun to listen to

After 4yrs of listening to this podcast I’m finally not procrastinating any more and leaving a positive review! I won’t write a book here, but what I will say is it’s a tremendous gift for listeners like me to be able to absorb all the life lessons, research and experience that Ted has accumulated over 21yrs of dedication, and enjoy the benefit of this for free and from the comfort of my own home. Ted truly cares about what he teaches based on science and fact. Highly informative and entertaining, I’ve learned so much from his podcasts! Being a cardio junkie, I will never look at cardio the same way. Thank you for following your passion, Ted, you are making a difference in this crazy world of too much information and breaking it down for us in a way for me to understand!
