Unique and valuable business perspective

This podcast is unusual - in a very helpful way. If you are a business leader that wants to bring more humanity into your business and culture, this is a deep and varied resource. Jeff Ma’s style is easy to listen to while bringing out challenging ideas. I hope you give this a try.

Must listen for anyone who owns a business

I’ve always been a fan of the book - but I loved the episode with Danielle Mulvey. If you have 5-Star Employees, you’ve basically worked yourself out of a job because you’ve got people doing the work better than you. Brilliant. Having the right people on your team is such a game change.

I wish every employee I had was a 5-Star Employee.

This is one of those episodes that helps you think. Great guest!
