Customer Reviews
Such an informative, great podcast!
I really appreciate your decision to keep the last few minutes of Dr Asher’s interview. It was enlightening, awkward to hear, and so impactful. Seriously, each episode I’ve heard so far has been great! Highly recommend this podcast for everyone
This podcast is EVERYTHING
If you've ever wondered what it would be like if The Office had a baby with a deeply introspective yet delightfully awkward dietitian, this podcast is your answer. Jessica doesn't just tiptoe around tough topics—she dives in headfirst with grace and depth. It's thought-provoking, it's fun, and it's the kind of podcast that makes you laugh, cringe, and nod all at the same time.
Awkward review but highly recommend
I am not a nutritionist or in any related field and this show is the one I am most excited about each week. I deeply appreciate the opportunity to sit with the awkwardness, to hear people talk openly about the awkwardness, confront my own.
Conversations with your dad are such a delight. I hear your love and fondness for each other, your teasing comfort. There is something healing for me in hearing that.
It is hard for me to pick out one or two things that make this show great. Because it is different things at different times. But it is a highly recommend for me!
