Excellent anti diet content

I’m going to second, third and fourth everything that’s probably already been written about Christy’s podcast. It’s fantastic. Her interviewing acumen is amazing. I look forward to her opening question every time. I’ve learned a ton about HAES/IE/weight inclusive issues and ways I can eliminate diet culture from my life. And ways I can be part of changing the diet field mine we call “wellness”. Can’t wait to read her book too.

Absolutely amazing, I recommend to literally everyone!

It wasn't until I discovered this gem of a podcast that I finally learned how to maintain a lifelong and healthy relationship with food. I can truly say I haven't binge ate for months (a struggle I dealt with my entire life but didn't realize how bad it was till now) and I am slowly but surely getting less and less anxiety around food. I cannot be more thankful and I consider it a blessing that I found this podcast. I still have a lot of work to do, but I find great comfort knowing that whenever I'm feeling down about my body or anything revolving food or exercise, I have this podcast to fall back on. I cannot weight (hehe trying to be punny here) for christys book. RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Eye-opening and important!

This podcast is amazing and has really opened my eyes to a whole new paradigm of health and wellness. Consistently fascinating and informative, as well as deeply healing!
