He strives to reinvent perspectives about nutrition through scientifically proven methods. Nader's approach is tailored to each individual's cultural differences, genetic makeup, and overall past life experiences.

I had never heard of intuitive eating before coming across bonnie’s instagram reels and the podcast is so helpful! I have such a positive relationship with food because of her! listen to this podcast and it will change your life!

I discovered her through Instagram as I was looking to learn and heal my own relationship with food. I always learn something from her podcast and feel better in a world that sometimes is stuck in diet culture, weight stigma, and health can’t be obtained at every size.
