This week I am joined by Chris Wark—a cancer survivor, wellness advocate, and author known for his journey of overcoming stage III colon cancer without chemotherapy! His incredible story gained widespread attention after he was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 26. Faced with the conventional treatment options presented to him, including chemotherapy, Chris decided to take a different path to healing.



He embarked on a journey of radical lifestyle changes, focusing on nutrition, natural therapies, and holistic approaches to cancer treatment. He adopted a plant-based diet, emphasizing organic fruits and vegetables, and incorporated exercise, stress reduction techniques, and other lifestyle modifications into his daily routine.



He has become a prominent voice in the field of integrative and holistic cancer care, inspiring countless individuals to explore complementary approaches to conventional cancer treatment!!
