Ben Duffy ,

Being on Master Your Mental Podcast

My name is Ben Duffy and I have bi disorder and I am grateful to be able to say that I had the honor of being on Paris’s podcast. The show was easy flowing and gave me the ability to express myself clearly and with a strong sense of vulnerability. Overall the podcast is wonderful and I highly suggest you listen.

Comforting and Relatable

Paris inspires her listeners through discussing everyday thoughts and emotions in comforting and relatable ways. There are plenty of hardships that each of us endure day in and day out, and she does an extraordinary job in letting you know that you are not alone. You have power over your own mind. And the more initiative you take to work with that, the stronger you will be for it, both physically and mentally. And Paris continues to make sure you’re aware of that. Definitely worth the listen and I hope you learn something from it like I have 💙

Powerful advocate!

We have to continue to have the conversation about mental health in the world and I am so proud of this incredible human being for spreading the word and trying to break down the barriers of communication as we begin to heal the world!
