Meditation Manifestation

These medications are strange. They just start without warning, there are very apparent sounds in the background of other stuff happening, the speaker’s voice seems like she isn’t emotionally connected at all to what she is saying. Also the sound quality isn’t great, when she speaks sometimes you hear loud sounds when she is breathing out as if her mouth is right on the mic. Also no real warm up or cool down, also a new mediation started right at the end of the one episode I was doing - and I looked down and it showed I had 6 minutes left of the original episode. Just weird all around.
