To grow, you must put yourself in uncomfortable positions. On top of that, your greatest investment you can have is in yourself. She speaks on how a 43,000-dollar investment in learning public speaking skills forever transformed her life.  She has successfully willed and navigated being a pastor, businesswomen, mother, and inspiration for many.
     
    In medicine and our society in general we are taught a protocol to work for others but the autonomy of working for yourself is something many seek.
