Unique conversations that you don’t hear anywhere else!

I’m approaching mid-life and I found so many of the topics relatable and helpful!

Natalie Jill is an skillful interviewer and draws great information from her guests. I loved the episodes about trauma processing (Neeta’s story is so inspiring ❤️) and intermittent fasting—I’m still working on losing the COVID weight I gained, so I will definitely be incorporating this advice!

I wasn’t expecting to love this podcast as much as I do—it will be on my regular rotation from here out.
