The Best Podcast

I love the podcast. Cam and Amelia are funny, insightful, and relatable. I look forward to listening on my lunch hour walks each week, and have learned so much, including dialing back my CrossFit style workouts to once or twice a week, and focusing more on strength training without speed.

Love this podcast!

I love this podcast! I am a weekly Subscriber. Lots of good information & in todays world, we don’t gather, as women, to discuss things like this as often as we should. I find it useful in midlife but I also find myself thinking that my daughter & nieces could use this info now even though they’re in their 20s.
