I have been listening to this podcast for the last couple of weeks..and have really been uplifted with great energy and definitely get excited for the next conversation! It’s a mindset not just for men…but woman’s perspective as well! I was in a 26 year marriage where narcissist husband always wanted…but NEVER gave back! I as a wife wanted to satisfy and due to his job (commercial fisherman) make him feel as comfortable as possible when he was at home….but in the end of everything I made the decision that a one-way road was not happiness! Now divorced…. I will not lie…I did feel bad when he had a new relationship…treating his girl way different than he did myself…as if I was the one who was wrong…but what I learned was the other woman has actually demanded more than I did…and to make her happy he gives to receive….So I have learned to be myself…to know that being alone is okay….I do miss the intimacy….someone to take to after work…and that having someone to hold me at night. But learning me has been a very eye opening experience….it’s great to know that I am happy with me…and love me like no other! Thank you for the reminder of loving me is better than anything else! Not to settle for less than I deserve or want!!!! Positivity and progression builds a true character of myself!!!!
