Must Listen!!

This podcast is absolutely incredible! Holly is a beacon of light for those who find themselves falling victim to the programming of their subconscious beliefs. She gives powerful tips and tools for rewiring our belief systems to overcome trauma and create better habits that serve our highest good. I cannot recommend this podcast enough and am so happy I found this gem, it has been helping me tremendously the past couple of months as I have been overcoming my own subconscious struggles.

Enjoyable

Holly is a lovely spirit who shares her experience and has some great advice to help you along your healing journey. I’ve liked most of her guests. Barring one of the men. They’re carefully selected and have some quite quotable lines :). Overall a very inspiring podcast. I’ve been saving the number one thought that keeps you stuck and I’ve listened to it again lately now that I have realized I have ADHD. It’s still true but I realized the ‘why’ I couldn’t do the repetitive small habits wasn’t what it is for the general population.

Mindspeak really resonates with me. Holly is very similar to my circle of friends which makes it so comfortable and easy to listen to. The topics are relevant and she presents everything very professionally. Appreciate the effort she puts in to making this for the community!
