We get it. Being a mom is full-on and full-time. Equal parts FUN and WTF. Our kids don’t come with instructions, and it’s ok if we don’t have all the answers. We’ll figure it out together. The best advice comes from our favorite experts and doctors, trusted mom friends, and learning on the job. Get your coffee — or wine! — and tune in to hear us spill it all. We got this. This is MOM BRAIN with Hilaria Baldwin and Daphne Oz.

Let me be honest here...

...I really enjoy listening to this podcast. I look forward to listening to it whenever I get few minutes to myself. I love Daphnie, she’s very smart, composed and kind. I love Hilaria, who is probably one of the most annoying moms you’ll ever met, but also the one who you’ll miss the most when she’s not there. Great selection of guests and topics covered. The only negative feedback I have is that the “favorite things” segment features really expensive items sometimes (ie: toddler dress for $150!).

Enjoyable but...

I really enjoy the podcast, but Hilaria should take a moment to listen to herself in the episodes and hear how much she interrupts Daphne & the guests. I am usually intrigued by a comment the guest has made and want to hear them elaborate, but Hilaria interjects and hijacks the conversation. It then turns into her telling a story about her children (that usually doesn’t pertain to the conversation), and they never get back to what the guest was trying to talk about. She also has a tendency to ramble, and it feels like she just enjoys hearing herself talk. I really enjoy the input Daphne has for the conversations and the questions she asks guests. She is intelligent and a great listener and I think both of those attributes make her a great podcast host. The topics are enjoyable and informative.

Needs more honesty

I think it’s so great when women have ALL the help they can... it IS hard work to be a mom. And whatever level of help a women has, there is no reason to be ashamed and hide it. That is why the low rating: I’ve listened to several episodes now. In all the dishing out advice and strategies on bed times! Airplane rides! Discipline! Marriage! Self-care! There is literally NO mention or acknowledgment of the paid child care these women both have. Either they are actively seeking to hide it because it’s doesn’t fit their brand... Or maybe they truly do not see and appreciate how the help they have. Not sure which is worse?
