The human body is like a moving, living temple through which life serves. The Temple is a place of compassion, connection, creativity, and blessings.  This practice of Yoga Nidra invites you to turn attention inward in safe, relaxing conditions where you can pay attention to your inner world and reconnect with your spiritual self.  During this session, we'll explore the sacred architecture of your physical form, mirrored by the architecture of the ancient Tabernacle (the movable Temple). Because YOU are a holy, moving, living temple. You deserve to care for yourself and the body you inhabit.
