Great show, Keeping it way to real, you are not ready for this show, telling it how it is on the other side of the walls. Anyone can find something good to take and apply to their life, thanks B. Cassity

Consistently great and inspiring

Just listened to Lark’s story from October 12. Horrible event and I’m sure traumatizing for Lark, but she’s inspiring with her attitude and ability to accept the circumstances and grow. I also loved your personal tool with your daughters calendar. Allowing yourself to have one bad day, but never two is really great advice. I’m putting that to use already. Keep up the great interviews!
