After a Binge Tips

I just listened to the episode for taking care of yourself after a binge. This episode was SO helpful for me. These tips are incredibly helpful and a very compassionate way to deal with that “after binge” awfulness. Loving this podcast. The calm voice is so soothing and the information is extremely helpful and encouraging. Keep up the good work!

Diets don’t work!

I highly recommend this podcast for everyone. Kelsey is highly educated and articulate. She demonstrates the damage that diet culture creates. The information is researched and scientifically based. Hopefully, this is one of many podcasts, books, and movies that help to shatter the glass ceiling of body size bias.
