    As it is Mental Health Awareness Week, we bring you an extremely important episode with registered dietitian and specialist in eating disorders, Priya Tew.

    Priya offers expert advice to patients suffering with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia, Binge eating disorder and other forms of disordered eating. She also specialises in food intolerances, IBS, weaning, chronic fatigue and a non-diet approach. Priya also runs a thriving pilates studio, combining her passion for nutrition and exercise.

    On the podcast, we talk about a wide range of topics. From disordered eating and dietary trends such as 'clean eating' to the scope of work as a dietitian and what it is like to work freelance including Priya's extensive media portfolio.

    On this weeks episode, Ally talks to Professor Julian Hamilton-Shield, Professor in Diabetes and Metabolic Endocrinology at the University of Bristol and Consultant Paediatrician at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. He is a specialist in childhood obesity, neonatal glucose metabolism, diabetes mellitus and runs a childhood obesity clinic in Bristol.
