Ep 06: Podcast Interview Xavier Dagba

Amid these challenging times, stepping into one’s own truth can feel scary and extremely foreign. In Episode 6 of On My Mind, I have a dense conversation with transformation life coach Xavier Dagba.
With brilliance and warmth, Xavier shares his incredible wisdom to help us choose how we want to show up in the world, be loving and compassionate to ourselves and others, break free of other's opinions, transform and heal, and tune into our inner truth in order to express the full extension of who we are.

Ep 05: 5 Helpful Tips For Quick and Easy Vegetable Prep

Ep 05: 5 Helpful Tips For Quick and Easy Vegetable Prep

In the 5th episode of On My Mind, I'm getting practical and hands-on with kitchen tips, sharing how you can get your veggies prepped and ready to go for nutritious eating.
Vegetable prep is a key step in living and eating your healthiest way possible. It takes a little time up front, but makes meal times much quicker with way less clean-up. It also results in far less food waste!
Having those veggies cut, prepped and available makes it much, much more likely that you (and others in your household) will eat and cook with them.

Ep 04: Have you stopped listening? Have all of us?

Ep 04: Have you stopped listening? Have all of us?

Have you stopped listening? Have all of us? In this fourth episode of the On My Mind Podcast, I am delving into a topic that is probably more relevant today than ever and something that most of us don't do enough – listening. Or rather, being open to the idea that our minds are never really made up.
Decisions, thoughts, and ideas are not, in fact, concrete. We may also have differing opinions from one another, which is okay – just because we may not agree, it doesn’t mean we have to cast labels on each other.
What we think today isn’t set in stone. We may even find that the root of our suffering is actually stemming from thoughts and beliefs that don’t serve us – so we must be open to evolving. I hope that in these few short lines, I've convinced you to "listen" to this episode and join me on this journey to evolution and openness.

Ep 03: My Experiment In Minimalism: So Much More With Less

Ep 03: My Experiment In Minimalism: So Much More With Less

As a society, we are at record-breaking levels of personal debt. We are not happier for all the consumption. And our planet isn't either.
It can be so easy to fall into a pattern where we are working more, to earn more, to buy more, to take fancier trips, have nicer cars, nicer clothes, and as a result have less time to enjoy the simple pleasures that come from being present with the everyday life we have created for ourselves.
Having the intention to live with less dramatically simplifies life and reduces stress while increasing our ability to be present in the moment. And there are less decisions that need to be made. In this episode, I share the five biggest minimalist changes I've made that have had the greatest - and continuous - impact on my life.

Ep 02: Creating Life-Transforming Results with Catherine Farquharson

In Episode 2 of On My Mind, I have a chat with mindset coach Catherine Farquharson and she drops gems of wisdom one after the other. We delve into how liberating it is to ask yourself BIG questions and be brave enough to answer them, choosing why or why not to have children, what it takes to leave a career when you're at your peak and so much more.
It's an intimate conversation that will impact how you think about your own reality, the path that you are on, and perhaps even spark the courage to listen to the little whisper in your mind and turn up the volume.

Ep 01: The Barrel Effect: How Feelings of Overwhelm Impact Our Health

Ep 01: The Barrel Effect: How Feelings of Overwhelm Impact Our Health

In the very first episode of On My Mind, I'm tackling the barrel effect and how to deal with overwhelm. I often use the phrase ‘full to the brim’ to describe how I feel when it’s all about to overflow and spill on out.
As we creep closer and closer to the end of what was, collectively as a global human population, the most unexpected, unpredictable, uncertain, and perhaps even unexplainable time, there’s a good chance we’re all reaching that point of an overflowing barrel, if we’re not already there.
We are overwhelmed and it’s having an effect on our health - and I share what we can do if that barrel overflows.

Meghan has changed my health and life for the better

Reading Meghan's blog, books, and courses have been a huge gift for me. She makes healthy living feel approachable and something that I could actually do. Because of Meghan, I've started meal prepping with glass tupperware, curb my seasonal allergies, cook the best sweet potato fries, take consistent vitamin D, among many other big and small changes. I get the privledge to chat with Meghan in real life and am excited to hear more of her on my daily walks in nature :)
