Supper Club: A Meditation to Keep You Grounded This Season + A Closing Holiday Rant

We are so sad it’s over - but boy, are we glad it happened! Thank you so much for joining me for these last few weeks of the On The Rocks mini-series, Supper Club. I had some wonderful guests join me at the table as we got real honest about the chaos of the holiday season, and read some of your questions + hilarious holiday stories.

This episode, (after a quick parking ticket rant) - I’ll lead you through a forgiveness meditation I learned from my yoga teacher and guest in Episode 2, Erin. This meditation will be here, available for you to come back and use whenever you need to catch your breath, during the holidays or whenever!

Meditation starts at 6:30 into the episode.

My best friend hops on the pod at the end - as we reminisce on some wild holiday memories + laugh at how truly crazy we are (aren’t we all?)

    Enjoy the episode!

Supper Club: Turkey Tales + Pie Fails - A Hilarious Holiday Chat with Erin Zukhovich

For episode 3 of Supper Club, I’m joined at the table by Katie Zukhovich - self taught cook and the creator behind @babytamago. She is seriously one of the funniest people I’ve met and also shares flavorful, unfussy recipes easy enough for anyone to make!

This episode, we read through some of your holiday mishaps and laugh at some of our own disasters as well. Everything from getting arrested in Mexico to clogging the in-laws toilet - reading your submissions was so funny. We dive into some of our hot takes, food obsessions, and answer some advice questions as well.

    Enjoy the episode!

Supper Club: Staying Present + Owning Your Sh*t During The Holidays with Erin Gilmore

Welcome back to On The Rocks, Supper Club. Today one of my favorite people joins me at the table - Erin Gilmore - a San Francisco based yoga + meditation teacher known for her relatable storytelling and approach. She is a mom to a two year old boy and expecting another child soon!

In this episode, we get real messy and honest with each other about family expectations, struggling to set boundaries, and the chaos the holiday season can stir within us. We laugh about some of our past holiday experiences and also answer some of your questions about sticking to healthy habits in the winter, singleness during the holidays, and building confidence in your relationship with food + people.

I had so much fun having Erin on the pod and I know you all will love her too. Make sure to check out her class if you’re in SF / or online. Enjoy the episode!

The Pivotal Moments of True Friendship with Jeannette, @shutthekaleup and Rachael, @rachaelsgoodeats

Welcome back to the On The Rocks Pod! Today we have the pleasure of having our own fireside chat with Jeannette of @shutthekaleup and Rachael from @rachaelsgoodeats to go deep on their supportive, loving friendship of 8 years.

It's inspiring to listen to two friends talk about being there for each other through thick and thin. They discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly, including how they met, what brought them closer, growing into adulthood, dealing with real-life events, and how they helped each other navigate life's challenges. There's so much more to their story, and it's truly inspiring to witness a mature, honest, and loving friendship that they have.

Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

Double N 2117 ,

Olivia always keeps it 100!!!

Always appreciate Olivia’s authenticity to always be herself and express herself despite what the status quo is when is comes to topics like drinking and friendships. I love this pod so far as I feel like I’m in the room and a part of the conversations. Loved the knowledge/advice the guests have brought to the table as it is both digestible and easy to apply. Being an adult is HARD and both seasons really hit upon topics so many people even as adults are afraid to talk about. Thanks for breaking the ice Olivia!! Can’t wait to see what the rest of season two has in store.

Britt Lyn ,

This podcast is confused.

The first problem is the misleading name. It’s called “on the rocks” and serving “straight up” which is funny because it’s conflicting ways to serve a drink but it’s first season is about, not drinking at all. Second season about friendships and the guests lack substance and don’t offer much value with their conversations. Additionally, Olivia really needs a coach to help with her interview skills. The convos are meandering and inevitably boring because of it. A clearer vision (and a stronger, more accurate name) might help but honestly I just don’t think this is Olivia’s strongest pursuit.

BodaClay ,

Season 2

Appreciating the reflection these nuanced conversations about relationships is conjuring ! Friendships are often so private and honestly not well considered. Feels refreshing to get a window into others as consider my one.
