    The Hyrox World Championship National Mixed Team Relay Race will be taking place at the Hyrox World Championships In Nice on 9th June. This will be the first year the event will take place with 20 different nations from across the globe competing for the crown of Hyrox World Champions.So how are Team Ireland feeling about the relay race in Nice? What was the process for selection, how did the race even come to be? If they have a good day can they Win it? All insight and questions answered in this episode of the Podcast.

    World Record! 12 Hyrox In 24 Hours!

    In this episode Coach Marshy Talks To Travis And Callum about their epic upcoming world record attempt challenge. World Record! 12 Hyrox In 24 Hours will take place on 6th 12pm through to 12pm on 7th April 2024. The idea came about after Travis completed his first Hyrox and the challenge has been 12 months in the making. With less than a month to go these boys are ready to take on this epic challenge. 



    The challenge will be to raise money for MacMillam Cancer Support with the event taking place at Unique Gym Saffron Walden. Below is how you can support the event and follow the event over the weekend of 6th & 7th April.
