Great Podcast

I have been listening to your podcast for a couple of years now. I totally enjoy the protein series. I also enjoy when you have Dr Angela Stanton on. I began my Keto and now carnivore journey as a migrainer in 2017 when I joined Angela’s Facebook groups. Unbelievable the hours that she and her group moderators put in to help members..never asking for any compensation. Honestly I don’t know where Dr. Stanton finds the time to do the group responses and her many other articles, podcasts etc. Keto/carnivore have helped me go from daily migraines and/or headaches to being virtually migraine free….something my neurologist was unable to do with many meds.
