Great information, lately not enough content.

I have listened to all the episodes and have been intermittent fasting for four years. It has become a lifestyle. I like that they introduce new products and hacks. The only drawback to the podcast is that lately there is a lot more chit chat and sometimes only a few minutes of actual IF issues/responding to questions.

I tell anyone that wants knowledge on ways to improve their body about this podcast. Intermittent fasting creates a superpower. I wish everyone knew about the benefits.
