Life changing

If you are ready to let go of old socially conditioned beliefs and you will allow yourself to truly hear the wisdom, your life - your relationship with your children, with yourself and everyone around you- will change for the better. I have been following Dr Shefali since my first child was born and it has made the journey so much more fulfilling and my children are so much healthier for it. This podcast is exactly what parents need- real time coaching of real time challenges. Her ability to unravel the core issues and gently guide parents to a new perspective is profound.
