A Metta Meditation at Grand Sable Dunes

A Metta Meditation at Grand Sable Dunes

Metta Meditations are offerings of loving kindness, something the world needs so much of right now 🌏🌍🌎

This practice is set at the Grand Sable Dunes where you’re invited to mimic Nature’s patterns. Nature is full of reminders of how small things have great power. When we tap in to this power, together, we’re unstoppable 🌅

Like all National Park sites, Pictured Rocks is on stolen land.

Light Bending at Au Sable Point

Light Bending at Au Sable Point

Isn’t there something so captivating about a lighthouse? Today’s practice is inspired by the lighthouse at Au Sable Point, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. More so it focuses on the powerful lens and the light itself that protected ships on Lake Superior.

This is a great practice for folks who are needing a check-in, a pause, some tenderness and care. Light is one of natures most healing elements. Take some time to harness this light to heal yourself and the world around you 🌟

    Rooting Down at Chapel Rock

    Rooting Down at Chapel Rock

Are you seeking nourishment from places that have nothing to offer? What are your body and mind craving? This is a practice for resilience and introspection.

Chapel Rock is one of Nature’s greatest sculptures. A lone pine on top of a rock that’s eroded away from the cliffs around it. It’s impossible to not be captivated by it’s sense of wonder and beauty 🌲🪨
