Simply the best!

Honestly been fan from not only first episode but always supported Meredith Mack for long time. It only podcast truly follow with all my heart and look forward to every month. The content on this show is amazing. Informative, every week different topic, love fact nothing scripted just go with ebb and flow of life, add both personnel sense of humor keep it fresh, and most love that yell genuine people both Jenn and Meredith speak from the heart. The fact both been in the industry words of wisdom been there and done it. I get SO sooo much out of each reposted. It podcast not help but fall in love with the more u listen. I not meet either Jenn or Meredith in real life. They be the most fun, honest, and good times be around in the gym or life.
