    Neil Edge is a Triathlon Mental Performance Coach and an ultra-endurance athlete. 
     
    He has played sports for most of his life where he began to understand the benefits of sports psychology in terms of performance.
     
    Realising that the mind plays an important part in the success of an athlete’s performance, he has created solutions to overcome the specific mindset challenges that triathletes face.
     
    These solutions have been tried and tested with the triathletes that he works with ranging from age groupers to professionals.

    Mairi Cumming is a Senior Chartered Physiotherapist who has also completed additional training in Orthopedic Medicine, Pilates and Acupuncture.
     
    She is the owner and founder of M-Power Physiotherapy and Pilates based in Auchterarder, where she treats high performance athletes and the general public.
     
    Mairi has a keen interest in cani-cross with her sidekick Tina the dog and is an accomplished triathlete. 
     
    She has competed in events Full Distance and Middle Distance triathlons such as  the Outlaw, Aberfeldy and Castle Howard where she podiumed.

    Performance Insight - Aimee Willmott

    Aimee is a former competitive swimmer who has represented Great Britain and England at the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, FINA world championships and European championships.
    She has competed for Team GB at the 2012 Olympics in London,  2016 Olympics in Rio and 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. 
    Aimee has also represented England at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi (2010), Glasgow (2014) and Gold Coast, Australia (2018) where she won her Gold medal in the 400m individual medley.
