#34 Plant Based Diet, Cycling, Biscuit Co., 44 Curse | Neil Westfall of A Day to Remember This Is Bananas

    • Health & Fitness

Neil Westfall is the rhythm guitarist of the Florida-based rock band A Day To Remember. He also owns his own recording recording studio called Unicorn Tones, where he helps guitarists find their perfect tone. Neil is also an avid cyclist,  a fan of the plant-based diet, founder of the Winter Park Biscuit Company, and husband of Vegan Chef, Mary Mattern, aka @NomYourself.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to visit the ADTR Audio Compound Studio in Orlando, Florida where they recorded some of their albums, including Your Welcome. In this episode, I talk with Neil about how he first went vegan, some of the things he noticed after eating plant based, how he met his wife, cycling, how A Day to Remember started, touring, the number 44, and a ton more!
