Amazing and informative!

Alyssa has a beautiful, calming voice and is so encouraging, informed and offers great practical advice. I enjoy her writing exercises within, and her wisdom of experiencing an auto-immune condition and the ways she’s brought herself healing. If you’re facing inflammation or an auto-immune disorder, this podcast is such a tool to learn how to holistically heal in your physical, spiritual, emotional body. Exactly what I needed to hear

I stumbled upon this podcast yesterday while searching for a podcast addressing inflammation. It was exactly what I needed. Short, easy-to-understand, gentle information on steps to take to heal and feel more positive. I was having a horrible pain day and was feeling very negative towards everything, especially my body. This podcast really helped me change my outlook and attitude towards pain and guide me towards some easy steps I can take towards healing. I really appreciate the journal questions, too. They make you stop and think about your body, habits, and mindset in a way that you wouldn’t normally do to be more self aware.
Can’t wait for more episodes.
