This podcast is just what I need! I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Although I have done the anti inflammatory diet before I did not remain strict with it. I started again and though I am not perfect at it, I am progressing. Hence, the podcast of progress not perfection has been so helpful. So much helpful information and encouragement is offered in these podcasts! I listen and then listen again. It will be difficult to catch up. I skimmed the dairy free and gluten free ones as I have allergies there that have kept me away from those starting well before my diagnosis. Thank you so much!
POSITIVELY Anti-inflammatory is POSITIVELY Inspired
I sought out a podcast looking for information on an anti inflammatory diet and overall education. Alyssa’s podcast came up, I clicked on it and never turned back. I received so much more than I expected. Awareness of so many things that are connected to your health and found that I never really looked at it through that lens. I leave her podcast casts feeling better about myself and Inspired to make or continue with positive change. Thank you Alyssa for giving so much time to your audience and making a positive difference is so many lives.

I enjoyed listening to Episode #97, Changing Your Thoughts, a great podcast to remind us that we have the power to do this. I support women as a functional health coach and mindset is a key component in helping many of my clients succeed. A must listen for anyone wanting to work on their mindset and thought work.
