Relatable and inspiring

I don’t want to admit it, but she’s really on to something healing here. Her content is informative, relatable, and wholistic in its approach to chronic illness. She balances sound advice for self and body awareness with humor and great storytelling. I signed up for the newsletter!

This podcast is just what I need! I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Although I have done the anti inflammatory diet before I did not remain strict with it. I started again and though I am not perfect at it, I am progressing. Hence, the podcast of progress not perfection has been so helpful. So much helpful information and encouragement is offered in these podcasts! I listen and then listen again. It will be difficult to catch up. I skimmed the dairy free and gluten free ones as I have allergies there that have kept me away from those starting well before my diagnosis. Thank you so much!

POSITIVELY Anti-inflammatory is POSITIVELY Inspired

I sought out a podcast looking for information on an anti inflammatory diet and overall education. Alyssa’s podcast came up, I clicked on it and never turned back. I received so much more than I expected. Awareness of so many things that are connected to your health and found that I never really looked at it through that lens. I leave her podcast casts feeling better about myself and Inspired to make or continue with positive change.
