Mind Blowing Information
I have suffered from mostly stomach pain and minor pain throughout my body. The information I received from Alyssa is delivered in in such a way that I hear and and can implement it into my daily routine.. I honestly had no idea how serious inflammation in my body was until I started listening and now I have some amazing tools to help heal my mind, body and spirt..

Listened to your podcasts. I just loved the five things u listed. I was a perfectionist and worked hard all my life to do the very best job at everything I did. Can relate to being driven. I’m working on patience now. Lol. Just went yesterday to RA doctor for first time. Had so much blood drawn I have a headache today. Won’t know the results for two weeks so no meds now just steroid shots. I was kind dazed at first because didn’t know about lupus till yesterday. My blood profile from my general practitioner office showed also lupus. But I’m positive and get on the meds as soon as I can and will live one day at a time. I’m one of Jehovahs witnesses and have a strong faith. I’m sure this will help me. Talking to others about my god Jehovah helps me as well. Also have a dog a cat and a bird. They give me so much. Not just comfort but a positive outlook on life. Loved the podcast again and sent you a text on one of your posts on Facebook. Thanks again
