How are women like us actually living up to the pressure to balance everything? To have it together physically, emotionally, and financially. The truth is, most of us don't. Perfection is a myth we all fail. While raising babies and growing seven figure businesses online, I spent years helping women look at these three areas in their life: being strong physically, emotionally, and financially. But how does someone learn to actually do that? This podcast is here to give you the answer. Join me as I pull back the curtain and talk about things that nobody usually talks about. Where I share my real, raw stories and give you tangible strategies on ways you can work through some of the same vulnerable issues we all face. My name is Natalie Hodson and welcome to the Pulling Back the Curtain Podcast.

How NOT to Get Overwhelmed with Personal Finances and Budgeting
Okay, this isn’t the most exciting or sexy topic… but it’s a topic that is on many of our minds every day!
Money. Bills. Budget.
I know budgeting and money can feel overwhelming, but these are the tips that helped me. Trust me, I didn’t come from a lot of money, and my ex and I were once in $170,000 in student loan debt that we completely paid off. I have walked the talk!
Just remember, budgeting is hard. Give yourself grace. Just because you’ve failed doesn't mean you're a failure.

Why Drew Manning Is Intentionally Gaining 60lbs in 4 months... and the Answer Might Surprise You
Heard of @fit2fat2fit? My friend Drew Manning intentionally GAINED 70lbs in 6 months (back in 2011) and then spent the next six month losing the weight.
Nearly ten years later….he’s doing it AGAIN!
We go through things like:
The emotions he is experiencing (food cravings, brain fog, body image), what it’s like for his daughters (ages 9 & 11), and how his relationship with his girlfriend is impacted by this experiment.
I absolutely adore Natalie
I’ve been truly inspired by Natalie for a number of years. She’s so real and super sweet. I could listen to her podcasts all day! Keep being amazing and inspiring Natalie!
Pulling Back the Curtin -How to cope with a family member
Thank you Natalie for your podcast and how to deal with a family member. Yes you are right we might not have the same situations but we all have some thing going on in my case it was a divorce and my girls are the ones that are being alienated from me and they are not talking to me. Your podcast made me cry, I wish I had a daughter like you who loved me so much and wants to see and love me. My only dream is to be in their life and for some reason they are not talking to me they must blame themselves for the divorce I don’t know it’s been a year we are all are therapy but still no progress. My situation is the of opposite yours. Thank you for sharing your story.
Awesome podcast, it really does feel like you’re hanging around with your friends drinking wine. But sometimes the audio is super loud or super low, and that’s a little frustrating, but the content of the podcast is absolutely great!
