I love Welyn, I love kugo, I love exercise, and I love games….

Thank you two for taking time out of your busy schedule just to entertain, and inform, the world about the important things in life.

Also just because. I am 5.8. And an ultimate frisbee player. Into lifting (bodybuilding)
So that should mix things up a bit!

I made an itunes account just to write a review because I enjoy this podcast so much.
Great for lifting except when you laugh uncontrollably and maybe almost drop the weight...

The podcast hilarious but Kugo and Welyn are very down to earth. The genuine love for being healthy and overall fitness is contagious. The topics are interesting and informative. They are not afraid to give their opinions(with their different approaches to Lifting/fitness) and it is a joy to listen to. The different perspectives can give a lot of insight into different workout routines and methods that can be a good point to learn.

I am 24, 5ft 6 inches tall and 155. Since listening to this podcast I was inspired to (safely) push past my normal routines(and my old injuries) to be better. Up to 165 on Back squats and leg pressing 450. Considering I have blown out my knee, broken parts of my back and was not able to squat much at all, This is improvement!
Only way is up, one PUMP at a time!
Do yourself a favor. Eat Healthy, Lift heavy and push yourself to be better(while listening to this podcast).

Working out!

I’ve been working out and losing weight, I’m 14 and got my black belt in karate last summer, I sing in 3 choirs and am learning guitar and wanting to get for and this podcast has been very influential and important to my progress. I’m 5,4 and 170lbs. What should I do? If you were in my situation what would you do?
