34. Thoughts About This Fitness Journey Stuff
Oh hey! So glad you found this episode. I've been doing this fitness thing for over 10 years now, and if there's anything I know for sure it's that EVERYTHING CHANGES. Your life will absolutely change over the course of the next few years and with that, your fitness and health will look different also. It's okay. It's normal. The thing that shouldn't change is your willingness to keep moving forward and move your body.
