Rachel Brady on How to Take Control of Your Internal Narrative to Create Change in Life The Art of Fulfillment
-
- Education
Rachel Brady is a mental health advocate, sober sister and a storyteller enthusiast. She describes herself as a former Los Angeles
party girl that became sick of her own self sabotage and decided to take charge of her narrative. Touching on topics like sobriety,
perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the occasional No-BS tough love, she is passionate on uplifting women in recovery, women who feel stuck in a shame cycle, and everyone in between. She currently lives in North Carolina with her husband and rescue puppy, taking it one day (and coffee) at at time.
In this episode, Rachel and I discuss her path to sobriety and how she pushed through the difficulties of becoming sober, how to not let other's opinions get in the way of your goals, and journaling practices that will create more fulfillment in your life.
