Like THE key… I have complex PTSD (effected daily with neurological effects, overwhelm, stuckness, CSA, aces score 9) and have been in weekly therapy since 2018. I am so grateful God Made you Elyse and I really wish we could be IRL friends!!! I am severely self isolating. I wrote to you once asking for help to make a way to weekends and you were very kind to offer a discount but I didn’t have the resources. Thank you for the gift of you, friend.

I listened to Ep 176 interviewing Hilary about her fertility journey and it reminded me so much of my own journey with IVF and all the same things that I felt. Thank you Hilary for being so honest and vulnerable and thank you Elyse for creating this space to support others experiencing hard things.

I randomly found this podcast when I listened to her on Jenna Kutchers. I have always been open to therapy but only been once when I needed marriage counseling. I love she does it from a trailer, I listened to her first episode and plan to listen to more. Stoked on the find and love her style. I wanted to update my review. Elyse is amazing. Finding her podcast brought so much to me. It led me to weekends. It led me to being on her Podcast. It led me to doing Enneagram classes through her collaborative Radical Wellness with Erin and it was amazing. I love hearing others stories. I just listened to Michelle’s and can relate to so much of it. I had a baby who was in the NICU for about the same time then readmitted a couple of times. I love her pandas and mission. I love how she has found purpose in so much loss and hard and love her outlook. Trailercast and Elyse are amazing. Definitely one of my go to podcasts.
