'Let Go Now'- Detachment Means Giving Up Outcomes

'Let Go Now'- Detachment Means Giving Up Outcomes

Have you ever felt like you're clinging too tightly to the outcomes of your actions, only to end up disappointed or stressed? Join me as I guide you through the transformative practice of detachment, a journey inspired by Karen Casey's "Let Go Now" teachings. When we use the tools and principles of spirituality and Soul Recovery, we can show up as our whole and authentic self in action- and at the same time let go of trying to control the outcome for ourselves and others.  This is not an easy process, but we are learning to use loving detachment one step and one day at a time to be in the positive flow of the universe and move closer to healing and inner peace.

Being in Balance Part Seven: FINDING LOVE - A Soul Recovery Book Study Inspired by Dr. Wayne Dyer

Being in Balance Part Seven: FINDING LOVE - A Soul Recovery Book Study Inspired by Dr. Wayne Dyer

Join me in this Bonus episode of Recover Your Soul as we look into the essence of love. In our journey through Wayne Dyer's book "Being in Balance- 9 Principles for Creating Habits to Match our Desires", we've arrived at a profound chapter dedicated to understanding our search for love. We explore the nuanced distinction between seeking love externally and cultivating it from within, contemplating on the potent words of D.H. Lawrence: 'Only the loving find love, and they never have to seek for it.' As we navigate through discussions of spiritual work, metaphysics, and the power of our internal vibrations, we reflect on the importance of self-awareness in manifesting the love we desire.

This episode is an invitation to examine the loveless factor within and the dynamics of blame that keep us from true balance. Come with me as we seek to align with the vibrations of love, turning inward to connect with our inner source and fill ourselves with the abundance of love we yearn for. Together, we'll abandon the fruitless search for external validation and embrace the path of becoming an embodiment of love, transforming our interactions and perspectives. Tune in to this bonus episode for a transformative experience where we learn to be love, receive love, and ultimately, Recover Your Soul.

So helpful!

I’m really grateful that I discovered Rev Rachel and this podcast. To me, it’s it is the blend of the 12 Steps, spirituality, and psychology that I have been craving. Her way of looking at life resonates with me and inspires me to keep on my path.

I’m adding another 5 star review. The reason? I’ve been listening to Rev Rachel’s podcast for a few years, and throughout the twists and turns of my own soul recovery, her content remains fresh and speaks directly to the places in my soul that need attention. Her ministry has been a lamp on the dark paths of my journey. Thank you for your consistent honesty and willingness Rachel! Here’s to 2024💕

Much needed podcast

I absolutely love this podcast and it has helped me so much on my spiritual journey and recovery from alcoholism and living with an active alcoholic. I was a daily listener until most of the podcasts became for subscribers only. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to take on another monthly expense, so I feel like I’m missing out on so many great episodes. Will there be more episodes available for listeners who aren’t monthly subscribers?
