Famed for its sustainable approach deeply rooted in southern Chile’s ingredients and indigenous culture, Boragó earned the inaugural Latin America’s 50 Best Sustainable Restaurant Award in 2018 from the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and the Flor de Cana Sustainable Restaurant Award in 2021. Boragó is currently ranked No. 10 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and No. 43 on the World’s 50 Best.
